TRIMAD Consultants, LLC provided construction management and site development services for Springwood Manor Estates, a residential subdivision located in Mission, Texas. The project transformed a vacant tract containing an existing residential structure into a fully prepared subdivision ready for future home construction.
Our construction scope included:
- Clearing & Grubbing of the site to remove vegetation, debris, and existing obstructions.
- Demolition and removal of the existing residence and associated site improvements.
- Site Preparation & Earthwork to establish building pads, roadway grades, and drainage features.
- Water Utility Installation, including connections to the City’s existing water system.
- Sanitary Sewer Installation, including service connections and collection infrastructure.
- Storm Drainage Infrastructure to manage runoff and support long-term drainage performance.
- Detention Facilities Construction to meet local drainage and stormwater requirements.
- Construction Coordination & Oversight of all subcontractors and utility installation activities.
- Pavement Construction Management, including subcontracting and coordination of roadway paving operations.
Impact
The successful completion of Springwood Manor Estates converted an underutilized property into a fully serviced residential subdivision. The project provided:
