Alta Vista Waterline and Sanitary Sewer Improvements
The Alta Vista Waterline and Sanitary Sewer improvements project consisted of improving the waterline system and sanitary sewer along W Texas Avenue and Standard Avenue in the City of San Juan as well as milling and overlay of W Texas Avenue and Standard Avenue.
Scope Of Work:
The waterline improvements required 1,584 linear feet of the new 8-inch C-905 waterline and a 41 Waterline Service connection.
The sanitary sewer improvements required 2,000 linear feet of new 8-inch SDR-26 sanitary sewer line, 4 – 48-inch diameter fiberglass manholes, 2 – 48-inch diameter fiberglass manholes, and 60 sanitary sewer services.
Paving improvements required 8,536 square yards of mill and 2″ Hot Mix Asphalt Overlay.
The professional services offered include Data Collection, Topographic Research, Site Visits, Design Phases, Construction Management and Project Close-out.
