TRIMAD prepared permits, design, and construction phase services. The project aimed to adhere to TCEQ requirements for dedicated water transmission mains to each elevated storage tank. Funding was supplied by TWDB under the DWSRF. The project involved installing a 1-mile, 16-inch water main.

The Alta Vista Waterline and Sanitary Sewer improvements project consisted of improving the waterline system and sanitary sewer along W Texas Avenue and Standard Avenue in the City of San Juan as well as milling and overlay of W Texas Avenue and Standard Avenue.

TRIMAD was contracted by the city to evaluate and implement necessary improvements to the existing sanitary sewer collection system, including the construction of a new lift station on Ridge Rd.

This project includes the addition of approximately 1,100 LF of deep Sanitary Sewer Line to abandon existing Lift Station #6 and relocate it South of the existing location. A 40-ft by 50-ft piece of land was acquired from the development of Oak Ridge Estates Subdivision.
The Subdivision Standard Manual project was prepared to assist engineers, planners and architects during the development of infrastructure improvements in public right of way by specifying design standards. The manual will serve as a comprehensive guide to the planning, designing, and development of subdivisions within San Juan. Sections worked in the manual include: development requirements, submittal and plan requirements, off-street parking and loading requirements,
The Lift Station #23 Relocation/Improvements Project in the City of Pharr, Texas, aims to enhance wastewater infrastructure by relocating and improving the existing lift station #23 along N. Sugar Road. This project is crucial for increasing operational efficiency and accommodating growth in the surrounding area.
