Lift Station Number 6 Relocation Project

This project defines Trimad Consultants, L.L.C. (TRIMAD) professional engineering services for improvements to the existing Lift Station #6 along Cesar Chavez Road in the City of San Juan, Texas. This project includes the addition of approximately 1,100 LF of deep Sanitary Sewer Line to abandon existing Lift Station #6 and relocate it South of the existing location. A 40-ft by 50-ft piece of land was acquired from the development of Oak Ridge Estates Subdivision.

Scope of Work

TRIMAD has been contracted to provide comprehensive engineering services, including research, data collection, design planning, and construction phase management. The scope includes designing a new Force Main and the addition of approximately 1,100 linear feet of deep sanitary sewer line to facilitate the abandonment of the existing lift station and its relocation southward to a newly acquired site.

Impact

The Lift Station #6 Relocation/Improvements Project represents a significant investment in enhancing wastewater infrastructure to support community growth and improve environmental stewardship in San Juan. By modernizing facilities and expanding capacity, the project contributes to long-term sustainability and quality of life for residents. This Lift Station and Force Main Improvements will benefit the residents of San Juan in the North sector from Expressway 83 to Minnesota Rd.
