Fire Station Rehabilitation and Expansion

Under the Texas Community Development Block Grant (TXCDBG) Program administered by the Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA), TRIMAD undertook the rehabilitation and expansion of the San Perlita Fire Station. This project aims to enhance building capacity and services to better serve the community’s fire protection needs.

Scope of Work

TRIMAD provided comprehensive engineering services encompassing permit acquisition, detailed design, and construction phase management. The project included designing the expansion of the fire station building itself, as well as improvements to the parking lot and utility services to support increased operational demands.

Impact

The rehabilitation and expansion of the San Perlita Fire Station will significantly bolster emergency response capabilities, ensuring enhanced safety and protection for residents and properties within the community. By modernizing facilities and infrastructure, the project supports the city’s ongoing commitment to public safety and community resilience.
