Scope of Work
Trimad Consultants, LLC provided comprehensive civil engineering and Topography services for the development of Springwood Manor Estates in Mission, Texas. Our scope included:

Storm Water Management Report: Analysis of pre- and post-development runoff, drainage calculations, and evaluation of impact to the City’s stormwater system, including anticipated on-site detention design.

Topographic & Boundary Survey: Full site topography to document elevations, existing utilities, pavement, drainage features, and property boundaries.

Civil Site Work Design: Complete construction plan set including grading, storm sewer layout, utility plan, striping and traffic control, erosion control, pavement markings, fire protection site plan, and an opinion of probable construction cost.

Type Plan Review & Exhibits: Preparation of required exhibits and coordination with the City of Mission for Type Plan Review.

Construction Phase Services: On-site construction observation visits during implementation to ensure design compliance.
These services supported the full civil engineering development required to prepare the tract for commercial use and recordation.
